Your shipping address, pin code will be verified with the database of Good Food Mart before You proceed to pay for Your purchase. In the event case Your order is not serviceable by our delivery partners or the merchant or the area is not covered, we would request You to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our shipping partner delivery list. In case there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or services for the area not covered by Good Food Mart or its delivery partners, Good Food Mart will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product.
In case You book multiple order for the Products in one transaction, Good Food Mart would endeavor to ship all Products together. However, this may not always be possible due to some product characteristics and/or logistics’ issues. If You purchase multiple Products in single transaction, then all the Products would be shipped to a single shipping address given by You. If You wish to ship Products to different addresses, then You should book the orders separately based on the delivery addresses.

Shipping Terms

Good Food Mart partners with best shipping solution providers across INDIA. Good Food Mart do not sell any product out of INDIA. However, all the products sold by Good Food Mart can be purchased online from any part of world. All purchases must be followed by a valid shipping address in INDIA.

We follow rigorous steps to verify any fraudulent or forged order (s):

1. Once the order (s) is placed, one of our Good Food Mart representative will give you a call back to verify the shipping address, phone number and email id mentioned while placing the order (s).

2. Once verified, your order (s) shall be processed and you shall be notified on your registered mobile no and email id.

3. In case we are unable to contact you due to unavailability or mobile switched off, we will intimate you about the pending verification via sms or e-mail id to confirm the order (s).

4. We will re-attempt 3 times to verify and if not verified, your order (s) shall be cancelled and you will intimated via email on your registered email id.

6. In case of any quality concerns you are eligible for replacement if intimated with in 2 days of receipt of article.

Shipping Charges

Good Food Mart provides free delivery on all products if order amount is above certain limit i.e. 699 INR. Otherwise a nominal charge of 50 INR will be charged. Minimum shopping value and shipping charges vary city to city. In case their is any octroi charge, the same has to be bear by customer. Some areas in INDIA attract more shipping cost and hence additional charge shall reflect on your Total Amount before proceeding for Payment.

Delivery Time

Good Food Mart monitors and deliver Quality product directly from Natural source. Good Food Mart generally operates with 5-7 days shipping policy for the areas covered by our reputed shipping partners. However in Festive occasions or heavy load identified by shipping carrier, we commit to deliver in 7-10 working days. We send majority of shipments via Fed Ex, Blue Dart and India Post speed services where Blue Dart or Fed Ex or private courier service is not available.

In special or rare scenarios where there is a delay beyond Good Food Mart’s control, Good Food Mart assure to co-ordinate with shipping vendor and deliver as soon as possible. Good Food Mart would request customer (s) to support in such cases as sometime we do face deliver challenges due to Flight Delays/Address issues/Natural Disaster etc.

With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the product(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.”

Taxes or Hidden Charges?

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. Our prices are all inclusive of taxes. In case their is any octroi charge, the same has to be bear by customer.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel any order (Prepaid) placed provided it has not been dispatched. In this case, you need to intimate Good Food Mart by e-mail ( info@goodfoodmart.com ) or call with purchasing details as soon as purchase is done.
Good Food Mart reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for any product that is listed at an incorrect price. In case, you are charged, the same shall be credited to your account (whichever is used at time of purchasing the product) and duly notified by email.
You must use your own credit card for credit card transactions. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on you and the responsibility to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you.
In case you received an open or unsealed package from Good Food Mart shipping partners, please do not accept the shipment and intimate Good Food Mart to investigate the issue. Good Food Mart will replace the product without additional charges. Please note that no case shall be entertained if reported any tampered case post delivery. It becomes very difficult to accept genuine cases.
NO returns will be accepted once products are delivered and accepted by you.
In case there are any Quality concerns, please email us from your registered email address at info@goodfoodmart.com by mentioning your subject line as Purchase order no_Quality Concerns. E.g. X123_Quality Concerns
Good Food Mart takes Quality as one of their top Values. In case of any complaint, a special team will be assigned to investigate the matter in order to refund or replace the product to you. We request you to respond to us immediately (within a week of receipt of order) if there is any quality concern. This process may take 3-4 weeks depending on concerns received by you.
In case your product(s) required to be sent back to us due to any quality concerns, you shall send the product back to us from your nearest Speed Post Office. We shall reimburse the cost incurred via ‘PureCash’ which later can be utilized as money for your subsequent orders.


Once the order has been cancelled, you will receive the refund within four weeks after deduction of 5% which is incurred towards payment gateway during purchase. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, Good Food Mart will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account.


Good Food Mart may amend this Payments & Shipping Policy at any time by posting a revised version on the Website. The revised version will be effective at the time Good Food Mart posts it on the Website. You are advised to regularly check for any amendments or updates to the Payments & Shipping Policy.
